Therapy for ADHD, Autism, & Neurodivergence

This space is designed to meet your needs.

One of my therapeutic specialties is providing compassionate, evidence-based psychological support for neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and Autism.

My therapeutic approach centers on respect, understanding, and empowerment, aiming to foster growth and well-being for adults, children, adolescents, and their parents.

I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where every client feels valued and heard.

Here’s how I help neurodivergent adults.

My work with neurodivergent adults is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). This proven, mindful approach helps clients navigate challenges by focusing on acceptance, values-based action, and psychological flexibility.

Through ACT, I encourage self-compassion and meditation practices, helping clients embrace their unique experiences and identities.

Basic education about the autism spectrum is an essential part of a client’s treatment plan. I help adults understand what it means to be neurodivergent, exploring both strengths and challenges. Together, we discuss the pros and cons of neurodiversity, highlighting character strengths and encouraging clients to harness them in their daily lives.

We set clear therapeutic goals and develop committed action steps, ensuring progress is meaningful and tailored to individual needs.

Raising a neurodivergent child is challenging.

Parents of neurodivergent children often face unique challenges. I offer counseling and guidance to help parents navigate these experiences with compassion and patience.

My support includes practical goal setting, parent training, and psychoeducation, providing families with the tools they need to foster understanding and growth within their homes.

Through parent training, I provide strategies for effective communication, managing challenging situations, and supporting children’s emotional development.

Psycho-education sessions offer insights into neurodiversity, helping parents understand ADHD, Autism, and related conditions in a clear and supportive manner.

Neurodiverse children and adolescents need support.

My work with neurodiverse children and adolescents focuses on building acceptance, self-compassion, and practical skills for everyday life. I tailor interventions to each child’s strengths, helping them develop resilience and confidence.

Together, we work on social skills, emotional regulation, and problem-solving, always celebrating the unique qualities each child brings.

Empowering neurodiverse youth is a central focus of my practice. I encourage self-acceptance and personal growth, helping children and teens understand their neurodivergence and recognize the strengths that come with it.

Skill-building activities are designed to be engaging and relevant, ensuring progress is both enjoyable and effective.

With help, neurodiversity can be managed.

My commitment is to support neurodiversity with empathy and expertise.

I strive to offer ongoing support that adapts to the evolving needs of my clients and their families.
