Consultation Service

Cooperation improves organizational effectiveness.

Online consultation services are provided for individuals, educators, parents, professionals, and companies based in the United States and abroad.

After many years of experience working as a school and clinical psychologist, I apply what I have learned to provide expert opinions on conflicts and concerns that clients may have.

Additionally, I use my training in ACT and Prosocial Behaviors to guide businesses, organizations, and schools on how they function more effectively in line with their values.

Resolving conflicts benefits everyone.

When providing mental health consultation, I provide insight into the nature and severity of a client’s mental distress.

Additionally, I offer insight into the struggles of a client’s friend, family member, or loved one. Sometimes, I discuss with the client whether therapy or psychiatric medication is recommended based on the severity of the distress.

Having worked as the Director of Mental Health and Wellness at a special needs preschool, I had the opportunity to work closely with teachers, social workers, nurses, psychologists, principals, superintendents, and administrators.

These experiences have enabled me to provide school consultation and offer guidance tailored to the client’s unique conflict. My approach is to provide recommendations and actionable steps to find a resolution.

Consultation also benefits parents and children.

Through my experience working as a school psychologist and an ABA specialist, I have developed expertise in working with parents to manage their children’s behavior.

I am deeply aware of the challenges of modern parents in raising children in this digital age. Parenting can be challenging if their children struggle with ADHD, autism, or other developmental disorders.

When working with parents, I strive to provide recommendations on how to manage and improve their children’s problematic behavior. I also offer guidance on whether their child should be evaluated.

Additionally, for parents with children who have IEPs or 504 plans, I provide guidance on the services that parents should advocate for at their child’s IEP meeting.

Other professions also benefit from consultation.

I also provide consultation for artists, musicians, DJs, and other creative professionals.

My approach when working with creative individuals is to use guided meditation as a means of helping clients connect with their inner world.

Another approach I use involves asking targeted, insightful questions to help clients generate ideas and get past their artistic block.

Guidance can make a difference.

Problems arise in business, among individuals, and within families. Without objective, professional advice, those problems can become insurmountable – impacting business effectiveness, personal relationships, and the way one views others and the world.

As someone with experience in consultation, I am well-equipped to help you address problems and increase cooperation and understanding.

Sharing one’s views with the intention of resolving issues is always the best approach, and this is where I can help.
