Greetings, thank you for considering our counseling services for yourself, or for a loved one. It takes courage and humility to seek support for one’s mental health.

When it comes to finding a therapist that is right for you, it is important to browse around and find someone you connect with. While the first Free 15 Min Consultation is to hear our professional perspective, I offer new clients a special 4-session deal to determine if my counseling services are worth their time and hard-earned money. The 4-session deal totals $500, while 1-Hour Sessions are $200.

I do not expect clients to receive counseling services indefinitely. Sessions would start weekly, and then progress less frequently depending on client’s progress towards their goals. Depending on client’s comfort and progress, sessions will transition bi-weekly, then monthly, and then on an as-needed basis. The end goal is for clients to become independent and skillful in maintaining their mental health and well-being.
